POZITRON Full
Single-Phase Battery Charger
12 - 220 VDC | 1.000A
GEMTA POZITRON Series Rectifiers are designed to provide DC (Direct Current) power required by energy production, distribution and transmission systems and to charge industrial battery groups. It is produced in accordance with TEDAŞ (Turkish Electricity Distribution Inc.) Institution Specifications.
Areas of Use
Features
Thyristor Controlled
With its thyristor-controlled design, it is resistant to sudden impacts and transient shocks in industrial environments.
LCD Screen
With the user-friendly menu structure, all parameters of the rectifier can be monitored and adjusted on the LCD Screen.
Mimic Diagram
The status and faults of the rectifier can be detected with the mimic diagram on the management panel.
DSP Controlled Processor
All control, UI and PID algorithms of the rectifier are done by the DSP (Digital Signal Processing) controlled processor.
Isolation Transformer
The rectifier input and output circuits are completely isolated from each other with an isolation transformer.
LC Filter
There is a filter circuit along with an inductor and a capacitor at the output of the rectifier.
Low Ripple Voltage
With 6 Pulse rectification, DSP controlled PID and LC Filter design, ripple voltage is very low.
Advanced Charging Modes
There are battery charging modes that have been experienced and developed in industrial environments.
Long Design Life
POZITRON Series Rectifiers are designed for long-term operation. All semiconductor materials used have a minimum 20-year durability capacity.
Durable and Reliable
Rectifiers have been manufactured with the same quality approach since 1984 and are subjected to comprehensive quality and durability tests.
Low Operating Costs
Thanks to the low harmonics and high efficiency of the POZITRON Series Rectifiers, operating costs are also very low.
High Voltage Protection
Thanks to the DSP controlled PID managed processor, the rectifier automatically protects itself in case of increased input voltages.
LED Notification Panel
All alarms and statuses of the rectifiers can be monitored remotely via LED notifications.
Alarm Relays
All alarms and conditions of the rectifiers can be transferred to Scada with potential-free contact relay outputs.
Dropping Diode
There is a DC Dropper circuit that transmits the fast charging voltage of the batteries to the DC Output at lower voltage.
LVD Deep Discharge Protect
There is LVD (Low Voltage Detection) Deep Discharge Protection to prevent batteries from going into deep discharge.
